SALE OF SHARP OBJECTS
We do not supply knives, knife blades, edge tools to persons under 18 years of age. If purchasing, please state your date of birth to confirm that you are over 18 years of age to comply with the Offensive Weapons Act 1996. These items cannot be paid for by Postal Orders or cash, and if we are in doubt as to your age we will ask you to provide physical evidence. If proof cannot be provided your money will be returned minus any administration charges.
We accept PayPal payments only.
We can ONLY accept your Order when you supply us with a landline telephone number. Mobile and other withheld numbers are not acceptable.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
UK CARRIAGE CHARGES.
Postal & carrier charges continue to increase but for the time being we will retain our UK Mainland carriage & packing charge at £4.00, no matter how large or small. This is below what it actually costs to process, pack & despatch each order. However for heavy & oversize orders we may contact you and ask for additional payment, especially to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & all other UK islands, we have had to add a surcharge, this will be at cost & you will be advised prior to shipment.
Delivery Schedule Your Order is despatched wherever possible within 48 hours. Delivery time: normally 7 - 10 working days.
Back Orders If we have to make a knife to order then this may take between 4-8 weeks, other items not in stock, providing they have not been discontinued, will be placed on back order and you will be advised when the products are despatched.
Tax Charges The costs advertised or stated in our shop include VAT at the prevailing rate
PLEASE NOTE: We can only deliver goods to the PayPal address provided and we cannot send goods to PO Box numbers, nor to education addresses.
Guarantee All of our products come with a 14 day limited liability guarantee.

Returns Policy
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase & wish to return the goods to us, the return must take place within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Goods must be returned unused, in and with all of the original packaging. We would suggest you return the item via your local Post Office using the cheapest method available, ensuring that you obtain a receipt or tracking number of the postage at the time of despatch.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not pay return postage.
Your refund will be made through PayPal minus any administration charges (3%).
