38 x 22 x 6.35mm Brass Bolster with a slot 27 x 3.5mm.

This has been specially made for me giving a new dimension to the Trapper 95 range of blades.

Step one is to grind or file down the curve and point of the handle end of the blade the with a small amount if filling this bolster will give you a superb engineering fit.

Step two when you have fitted your bolster drill and filt your scales to butt up exactly to the bolster. Remove the bolster and bond your scales onto the blade and finish as normal.

Step three now bond onto the blade your bolster, because of the tight fit the bonding is sufficient to hold this in place for the life of the knife.
