Steel: 80CrV2 carbon steel, non-stainless

Composition is C 0.75-0.85%, Si, Mn, Cr 0.4-0.6%, V 0.15-0.25% – tough, holds an edge well, easy to sharpen.
Considered very good strength and blunting resistance
