Description

Integral model forged from stainless Molybdenum/Vanadium steel.

Those oval scallops ground into the side create air pockets to help food not stick to the blade – useful for potatoes, cheese, cucumber.

Great for vegetables, boneless meat and herbs. Not ideal for hard bones, frozen food, or levering.
